Content Cleaning and Claim Inventory

SERVPRO of Spring Garden received this assignment from a large insurance carrier. It is a condo that suffered water damage from a pipe break. The building fixed and dried that water, our task was to clean the contents and report a very detailed Claim Inventory List as the customer is a collector. There were over 200 items that we hand cleaned very carefully as not to damage their collectibles, made a photo report of every item with a detailed Inventory of each item. We didn't just list items, we detailed each one as specific as possible ie: explanation of the item, year, color, condition, ect. The Adjuster we reported to was very impressed and since then has given us several assignments like this one.
